About the role:

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Support Specialist to join our Medical Devices Team, based in Queensland. The primary objective of this role is to provide clinical education and training to our customers, on our medical devices, within the Infusion Technology sector.

Key Accountabilities include:

  • Provide education to health professionals on the best demonstrated practices for using our medical device
  • Provide technical education training, assistance and ongoing support
  • Educate multi-disciplinary healthcare team on the benefits of our infusion device products
  • Assist clinicians overcome any clinical difficulties through ongoing advice and education
  • Build and maintain internal and external relationship
  • Prioritise and manage duties and projects as required
  • Support clinical evaluations as required

What we are looking for:

  • A minimum of 2 years nursing clinical experience preferred 
  • Proven experience in a training or education role
  • An understanding of ders, drug error medication and reporting is desireable
  • Ability to troubleshoot and an understanding of medical devices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work in a team and autonomously
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Proactive in your approach to problem solving
  • Windows and Excel based computer program proficiency
  • Ability to travel interstate frequently as required by business needs
  • Ability for frequent and extensive national travel as required by business needs
  • Current Driver’s License
  • Registered Nurse and Hospital knowledge would be desirable
