About the role:
We are currently seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to join the team based in our Mount Kuring-gai office. You will be reporting to the IT Manager and working alongside the IT Administrator.

In this exciting new role, you will be responsible for supporting network and software infrastructure, both for our internal teams as well as external customers. The IT Support Engineer will work on day to day support as well as project work involving a variety of system landscapes to deliver solutions. Having integration and middleware experience is an additional bonus to this exciting opportunity. Your Responsibilities:
  • Hardware: The ideal candidate will support server structure, infrastructure services and configure hardware for users. You will also work with customers on the required specifications for their systems and be familiar with company devices in relation to support software installation.
  • Software: You will be ensuring all software applications are authorised, licensed and virus free. You will be troubleshooting software/applications where needed and provide Microsoft Office application training. You will be installing Fresenius Kabi software on client sites as part of the rollout of devices and support the connectivity and integration of devices and software to our customer systems.
  • Network: Support the LAN and WAN networks to ensure high level of system performance and administer network access for users, and security guidelines are established and protected. You will have good skills in both creating new networks and managing existing ones.
What we are looking for:
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in general PC support and Microsoft Windows Server including Active Directory and Infrastructure Services
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in network support
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Microsoft SQL Server, including installation and query writing
  • Extensive experience in the support of Microsoft productivity tools e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Help Desk Experience including troubleshooting and Knowledge of Salesforce desirable
  • Analytical Skills and Effective Communication skills (written, verbal)
