About the role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Team Leader or Supervisor to join our team based in Mount Kuring-gai to cover a Parental Leave.
Reporting to the Commercial Services Manager, in this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers. In addition, you will be required to mentor and coach a team of four highly experienced Customer Service Representatives.

Specifically, you will be responsible for:


  • Overseeing all daily activities of the customer service department and ensures customer’s orders, billing, credit, master data, complaints and any other customer service activities are processed efficiently and effectively
  • Leading a team of experienced customer service representatives, to ensure optimum accuracy is adhered to and products are delivered to wholesalers and hospitals on time and to customers satisfaction, to meet KPI’s and business growth objectives
  • Ensuring understanding of key accounting principles, especially in relation to revenue recognition, pricing and other compliance areas and contributing to the coordination, set up, and implementation of standard operating procedures.


What we are looking for:
  • Previous experience in a Senior Customer Service role is essential, ideally gained from within the Pharmaceutical industry
  • SAP knowledge a must, as is proficiency in Excel
  • Experience with Salesforce is preferred
  • Ability to work well within a group environment, prioritise activities working under pressure and properly balance important long-term activities with urgent short-term requirements
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage a small team and build and maintain relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders
